The problem is rarely the people. It is usually the structure.

KORVEXA LTD works on how a company actually runs: who decides what, which handovers lose time, and which processes exist because somebody built them once and nobody has since asked why. Registered in Larnaca, working across the EU.

What a review looks at
  • Decision rights — who actually decides
  • Handovers — where time and context are lost
  • Process debt — steps nobody can justify
  • Load — who is the bottleneck, and why

Review, project & retainer

Almost every company we see already knows what is wrong. What is missing is someone with no stake in the current arrangement willing to write it down and put a sequence to it.

Korvexa — examined, restructured, documented.
01 — What we do

Four things, and nothing adjacent

A deliberately narrow practice. We do not sell software, marketing or recruitment alongside the advice, which means the advice has nothing to steer you towards.

Process review

We follow a real transaction end to end — an order, a hire, a support case — and record where it stalls, doubles back or waits. The output is a map of what happens, not what the manual says.

Structure & roles

Who decides, who is consulted and who merely gets informed. Most structural pain is an unclear decision right, not a missing headcount.

Throughput & load

Where work queues and who has become a bottleneck. Usually the answer is a person everyone likes and nobody wants to relieve.

Documentation

Written procedures your own people can follow, in language they use. Documentation nobody reads is a cost, not an asset.

02 — Approach

How a review runs

Short, structured, and finished by a date agreed in advance.

Phase 01

Observe

We follow real cases through your organisation and talk to the people who run them, not only the people who own them.

Phase 02

Map

What actually happens, drawn out — including the workarounds that keep the official process functioning.

Phase 03

Report

Written findings with a sequence: what to change first, what to leave alone, and what will fail if untouched.

Phase 04

Support

Optional. We stay available while you implement, without taking over the implementation.

In detail

What you get, stage by stage

Every stage produces a document. If an engagement with us ends and you have nothing written, we have failed.

Output 01 · Map

The process as it is

A diagram of the real flow with the delays measured, not estimated. Nearly every client finds at least one step nobody can justify.

Output 02 · Findings

What is actually wrong

A written list, ordered by what it costs you. Structural problems named as structural, including when the answer is uncomfortable.

Output 03 · Sequence

What to change, in order

Changing everything at once fails. You get a sequence with dependencies, so the second change does not undo the first.

Output 04 · Procedures

Documentation that survives

Written procedures for the changed processes, in your own vocabulary, short enough that people actually open them.

03 — The company

Substance you can look up

KORVEXA LTD is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, directed by Justin Dominic Pollard from Larnaca.

The practice is deliberately narrow: business processes, organisational structure and the operating decisions underneath them. No software licences, no recruitment fees, no marketing retainer sitting behind the recommendation.

Everything on this page can be checked against the public register. The registration number, the registered office and the director are printed below and repeated in the imprint.

04 — FAQ

Clearly answered

What does a review actually produce?

A map of the real process, written findings ordered by cost, and a change sequence with dependencies. All of it in writing — a workshop with no document afterwards is theatre.

How long does it take?

Most reviews run three to six weeks depending on how many processes are in scope and how quickly we get access to the people who actually do the work.

Do you implement the changes?

We support implementation; we do not take it over. A restructure run by an outside party rarely survives the outside party leaving.

Will you tell us things we do not want to hear?

That is the service. If the finding is that the structure protects a role that should not exist, it goes in the report.

Do you sell software or tools?

No. We have no product, no reseller agreement and no referral fee, so a recommendation to buy something has nothing behind it but the finding.

Which markets do you serve?

Registered in Cyprus, working across the EU, in English and German.

Let’s talk

Something in the business that keeps getting stuck?

Describe where it stalls. If a review is not the right instrument, we will say that instead of selling you one.
